John Duncan is a born and raised Asheville native. He graduated from T.C. Roberson High school, has a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University, and is now a licensed broker with Seller Solutions. He worked for 3 years with Campus Outreach at Clemson University, working with dozens of students a semester, and has brought his social skills to Real Estate. He handled over 50 listings in his first year as a licensed broker, and that number has been steadily increasing ever since. John is known for his honest responses and dedication to seeing a job done well. Let him do the same for you!

I have called WNC home for over 19 years. My family moved to the area full time in 2005. Prior to moving here, we would visit every chance we had to start a new adventure. There is so much for everyone of all ages to enjoy.

I have 30 years of experience in sales and marketing - 4 in Real Estate. My career started with 20 years of construction sales and marketing in the Charlotte area. I moved to the WNC area full time to further this opportunity. In 2010 I found a passion working with our senior population. Over the past 14 years I have worked with seniors to fulfill their needs through marketing and sales in senior care and real estate opportunities.

In my spare time, I enjoy the beauty that WNC has to offer. My husband and I enjoy kayaking, riding our motorcycles, jet skiing, gardening, and camping in various areas. We also like to call Lake James home in the summer. We have our dogs to keep us busy and grandchildren that keep us hopping. We are a blended family with 5 grown children that live throughout North Carolina.
